  I've been going here now for years before they even moved to their new location. I've had many cleanings, and even my wisdom teeth removed from this practice. My family and I have had nothing but problems. They overcharged my mom hundreds of dollars that eventually they ended up paying back. The administrative office lost our insurance information time and time again. Many times the billing was done incorrectly and I was left fronting charges that should've been taken care of. I chose to receive my orthodontic care from another business because of these problems. When I called the office to get my dental records faxed to my new orthodontist this facility called me back later that day and asked me why I decided to choose someone else for orthodontic treatment. The woman on the phone was short and rude and informed me that they could've done the orthodontic treatment "just fine." Although this should have been my last run in with this business I decided to tough it out one last time after the removal of my braces before switching practices. I scheduled a month and a half in advance to have my teeth cleaned and whitened two days after they were removed. Scheduling both treatments on the same day apparently was a head ache for the office and I spent 20 mins on the phone waiting for them establish an available time and date. Today I called on my way there and spoke to Candace. She informed me that "I have no appointment scheduled for today and they're booked." I reassured her I scheduled an appointment for today and there was nothing she could do. After years at this practice I only have one thing to say. The village dentist's administrative team is absolutely horrendous and their billing is even worse I am beyond done here and will be switching practices immediately.

  This office has been amazing! I have 3 kids and a busy schedule and this dentist office has been great with doing multiple appoints at the same time so I miss the least amount of work as possible. My kids even like coming to this dentist!
