- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Best doctor, worst staff. Rude, don't return phone calls, won't listen long enough to see if they can help you, would rather let the phone ring to answering machine than help patients, won't help refill meds even in emergency cases. All things I've experienced over the last three years of being a patient. Answering service is rude and unhelpful, will not be going back, which is sad because the doctor really has been a remarkable help, but I can't continue to be abused in this way by my PSYCHIATRIST'S OFFICE.May 30, 2017by Meagan Smith
