  Dr. Glenos and his Staff are the best around!! From the day we walked in the door for our initial consultation to just the other day when my child had her braces removed, we have had the best care. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. They always told my teen what they were going to be doing and how everything worked, Lisa and Heather worked with her the most and any anxiety she had, they always made sure she was comfortable. We are so excited with how beautiful of a smile our daughter has now with perfectly straight teeth! We can't thank you enough Dr. Glenos and Staff!!

  My first appointment - the receptionist shook hands and welcomed me! The technician came out and shook hands at the exact time of my appointment. She took me on a tour of the facility, and then talked with me about both the process and the finances. Met Dr. Glenos - very knowledgeable and able to communicate well. But it was clearly the unexpected staff behavior that made me say "Sign me up!" Update 4 months later. I am 4 months into Invisalign treatment, and am still totally amazed at this office. Everyone is courteous all the time, appointments occur when scheduled but best of all, I can see a dramatic improvement in my teeth in only 4 of 18 months. Very pleased! 10/14/17 Update: I am now four weeks away from completing my treatment and I just can't say enough for Dr. Glenos and his staff. In the past year, I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time, and am in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone on the staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and what Dr. Glenos has done for my smile is amazing. I wish someone would package their formula for how to run a fantastic medical office, and sell it to every other medical office I have visited.

  Recently, My daughter and I visited Dr. William Glenos office for the first time. My daughter who is 17 was very nervous, however from the second we walked in that changed. Immediately we were greeted warmly and given a tour of the office. Every single person we encountered that day were genuinely nice and caring. Every question we had was patiently answered and there was no feeling of being rushed. We have already told several people about our experience and will definitely recommend this dentist office to others. Thank you Dr. Glenos and Staff for making our experience pleasurable.

  The entire staff is always professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable at all times. Their office is a clean, fun atmosphere, and the game room is a big hit with kids. Dr Glenos is an exceptional orthodontist, and really knows how to relate to people and explains things in detail. The prize incentives are amazing! Right now they're giving away free rounds of mini golf. I highly recommend Smiles by Glenos if you're looking for an orthodontist. The consultation is free, and it's worth the visit! We always enjoy going to see Dr Glenos and his amazing staff!
