- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nicole has a definite advantage over other physical therapists because she is a trained and very experienced Pilates practitioner. That training has given her more options for assessment and treatment than traditional physical therapy does. I can always go to Nicole if I am experiencing burning pain in my legs. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I Strained my calf muscle and it locked up. Old injury but like many guys, I keep doing things that I know could end up hurting because we are athlete wannabes. I did not worry about the injury because I know Nichole can make it better or jump start it to healing. It’s amazing what the right person can find and fix, that others want to operate on or totally misdiagnose. She understands the body and it does no matter if you’re kid plays soccer or your grandmother’s hip hurts.
