  The office is bright and beautiful but the care is truly sub-par. At my first meeting with the sonographer she greeted me with "why are you here?". I should have ran out the door after that meeting but decided to give them another (numerous) chances. The billing department billed all of my ultrasounds incorrectly resulting in a copay on my part, when it should have been totally covered. Finally, I pleaded to have my "20 week ultrasound", which this office performs at 21 weeks, done 3 days shy of my 21 week mark, so that my out of town mother could witness at least a small part of my first pregnancy since she would likely miss the birth. They refused to make the 3 day exception and sent me on my way. Since the last incident I have switched to St. Augustine Obgyn which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR. A much smaller and more accomadating office. Go where you are treated well. It won't be at this office.
