  I'm giving them a one because there is no zero. I can be very thankful that I never took my dogs there, but unfortunately, my mother took hers to them. Luckily, she decided to get another opinion and the new vet sent her to a specialist. We discovered that the expensive medicine and food weren't necessary or helpful for her dog's condition. Not only that, but the liver biopsy that they recommended would have put the poor dog through an unnecessary invasive procedure. This recommendation came after multiple phone calls and 4 months of useless medications with no follow up labs to determine if there was any improvement or not. The office staff are not friendly and made excuses for not calling when the medicine was ready to pick up, saying that "someone must have just put it in the drawer and forgot about it." Phone calls usually went unreported, and they say they called when there is no record of a missed call and no message left on voice-mail. I'm not sure if it's a lack of caring or of they're understaffed, but I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
