  Sept 2017: Update to original. I would like to provide an update. I have returned to Mill Creek for my third visit now, so it's been over a year since my original visit and review below. My wife recommended me to this office as her experiences have been wonderful. I wanted to "upgrade" my review as my experience, now that I have returned, has been a pleasant one. The original review/visit is valid, it was not a good one. But given another chance they have provided the level of service that my wife originally sold me on. I will remain a client at this point. **2016** Can't believe I had this terrible of an experience at a dentist office. I am a first time patient. I had to wait 90 days to set my first appointment. I assume this is industry standard. I arrived, the office was clean and staff was pleasant. My appointment was for my annual cleaning and X-rays. This is 100% covered under my new insurance plan. I got my X-rays and all looked great. I got my periodontal exam and for the 1st time in my life I had to have an assistant, hygienist and the dentist come speak to me about this year long procedure I needed and now 90 days visit schedule. Now I got the 4th person to come visit me while I am in the chair and show me the "upsale" or quote for my procedure they recommended. $5000......... This included Invisalign as they said this one bottom tooth that was crooked since I was 8 years old would be an issue with my oral health. After many questions and many different people explaining to me that I needed this procedure and that my insurance company would not cover this work until another 9 months from now ( I have new coverage) I had to sign a waiver that I didn't want this upgraded deep cleaning and year long treatment. With one had the assistant took the clipboard from me with the waiver and the other hand she removed the bib that was clipped around my neck and told me the desk was ready for me to check out. I was really confused as by this time the entire office was aware that I was having a really bad experience with this visit as I felt bombarded with issues I had that no dentist in almost 40 years had ever pointed out. So I got up from the chair, walked to the front desk and another person told me they where sorry I had a bad experience and asked if they could do anything for me.... So I said.. "WHEN DO I GET MY FREE ANNUAL CLEANING THAT I WAITED 90 DAYS FOR ?" The office staff seriously just looked each other and then attempted to see when they could schedule me. Seriously???????? After I declined a $5K procedure the virtually asked me to leave. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
